Updating Work Request Properties
The Work Request Properties dialog box lets you make changes to certain editable properties of a work request. This dialog box is accessed from the My Work view of The Workflow Manager.
To update the general properties of a work request
- From the list of work requests in the My Work view, select the work request that you want to update.
- On the File menu, point to Open and then click Work Request to open the Work Request Properties dialog box.
Or right-click the work request and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.
Or double-click the item.
- Enter the new information and click OK.
